According to the 2021 residential land supply work arrangement, it is planned to release the release of residential land in March, June to July and September to October in three times, and organize the public transfer of residential land in a centralized way. The first announcement was made on March 26. A total of 48 residential lands with a total land area of about 393.6 hectares were transferred, including 1 in Liwan District, 8 in Baiyun District, 3 in Huangpu District, 4 in Huadu District, 5 in Panyu District, 5 in Nansha District, 4 in Conghua District and 18 in Zengcheng District.
