On July 19, Alibaba officially launched campus recruitment for the 2022 class of fresh college graduates, opening 113 positions for fresh college graduates, 45 of which are for the first time. It is understood that this is the largest school recruitment in Alibaba’s history. Starting from 9 am on July 19, graduates can log on to the website of “Alibaba Group Recruitment” and enter the “Campus Recruitment” page to submit their resumes.
More than half of the non-technical positions are available, including advertising and marketing planners, space designers, content planners, service operations, cross-border supply chain operations, customer service robot trainers, etc.
For graduates majoring in science and technology, a number of cutting-edge technology jobs are also open to graduates for the first time, including technical standardization engineer, simulation design engineer, video codec engineer, quantum computing scientist and other positions.
This year, Alibaba’s campus recruitment was launched simultaneously in many cities across the country, including first – and second-tier cities such as Hangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Chongqing and Wuxi, as well as in Wulanchabu.
For years, fresh graduates have been an important source of new talent and young cadres for Alibaba, known for its star-student-oriented programs such as AliStar. This year, Alibaba set up an intern training department, launching courses and training programs such as “Intern, Start Lecture” and “Duck Duck! Intern”.
